The 4th National Forum on Lean Manufacturing 'Economical Russia: Strategies of Efficiency' was held in Moscow on November 9-10. In the past few years this forum became the largest meeting in Russia for discussing the best practices of Lean Production.
At present the Simplex Company is actively introducing into its operations the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Thanks to using lean manufacturing mechanisms the Company managed to reduce significantly the time needed for processing orders. At present Simplex plans to introduce Lean at its production and storage facilities, reducing production time and improving quality at all production stages.
